We are constantly increasing our quality with the principle of continuous improvement in line with the needs of our customers and our system. In line with these needs, our quality assurance system has been certif
ied by UNICERT, which is authorized by IAF and DAkkS, to fully implement ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems in our Entry Quality Control, Process Quality Control and Final Quality Control stages.
For our customers who want to produce systems that comply with the CE PED directive, the materials we produce with nace certified raw m
aterials brought from Europe when requested, our products as we have stated in the certificate we have prepared; It complies with the materia
l essential requirements according to Annex I of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.
OUR STAGES
INPUT QUALITY CONTROL
HARDNESS MEASUREMENT
We control the approval stages of the products according to the appropriate standards and raw material certificates by performing our checks with desktop and portable hardness measuring devices.
CHEMICAL ANALYSIS
With our chemical analyzer, we control the quality of the materials, raw materials and the elements they contain in accordance with the standards and the raw material certificates of the products.
PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL
DIMENSIONAL CONTROL
We control our semi-finished and finished products, which are our own production, in accordance with ASME standards and technical drawings.
NON DESTRUCTIVE EXAMINATION CONTROL
Our products, which are found suitable after the process, are checked by penetrant test and crack controls by our competent personnel certified by effective institutions.
THICKNESS MEASUREMENT CONTROL
After the non-destructive inspection controls, the wall thicknesses of our products, which are found suitable, are checked in accordance with the standards with the thickness measuring device.
FINAL QUALITY CONTROL
According to our processes organized separately for each product, the hardness control, crack control, analysis control and measurement control of our products are checked according to the check list.
