The trend of customer complaints is considered as an indicator in meeting customer needs. In addition to these main indicators, there are internal indicators that are followed as leading indicators. Those are process efficiency measurements, refusals, yield and workmanship losses, wastes etc. as a result of the controls made within Bakıroğlu Tesisat. These parameters are periodically reviewed in the framework of management reviews.
